About

More about me

I grew up in Washington State and much of my young life was spent outdoors exploring the forest and waterways. I have always had a connection with nature and our environment and how we live in it sustainable. As a young adult, I started sailing and teaching water science to school children, this is where my passion for animals and the environment really grew. I decided to go to college for Marine Biology and graduated in 2016 from UCSD. After I graduated I worked jobs in many different capacities and from Idaho to Northern California back to Washington state. I really started making things when I was in college, things to make it easier for me like pouches for pens and reusable snack bags for food. I started my business in 2016 after I graduated and have worked on building sustainable items that are fun and easy to use. I have recently begun collecting used crab pot line from fisherman and from our beaches to make things out of for other uses. I was amazed to find out that all that line gets put in our landfill or washed out to sea at the end of its life. Please feel free to reach out if you have a special project or would like to learn more about my passions and work. Thank you for visiting my small business. I can not tell you how much it means to me to have people interested in what I do.
